SUB_ID attribute: SUB_ID stores the subdivision taxroll identifier, parcel# positions 1-10. It is redefined as: PLSS Range Positions 1-2 PLSS Township Positions 3-4 PLSS Section Positions 5-6 Sub ID Positions 7-10 (single precision manually assigned) Class III Development Review Waivers deviate from typical SUB_ID formatting as they were never assigned formal subdivision identifiers. Class III waivers are discovered through normal aliquot part or metes and bounds cartographic development. When discovered and mapped the SUB_ID for these will either be CLASS III, CLASS IIIE or CLASS IIIR which is designated in the public record wavier documentation. TYPE attribute: TYPE stores the Official Record type includes the following: Subtype CodeDescription PB Official Record Plat Book CB Official Record Condominium Book OR Official Records (deed books) UR Unrecorded plat BOOK attribute: BOOK stores the Official Record plat, condominium, deed book number. PAGE attribute: PAGE stores the Official Record plat, condominium, deed page number. Condominiums are the only deviation for the TYPE, BOOK and PAGE attributes. Condominium developers are only required by law to depict the condominium and its units in the condominiums corresponding Declaration of Condominium. However, some condominium developers also submit formal Mylar subdivision style plats for inclusion in the official record Condominium Books. In cases where the declaration is recorded without a formal plat, the ‘OR’ designator shall be used to indicate its corresponding official record book and page. In cases where a formal condominium plat is recorded, the ‘CB’ designation shall be used to indicate the condominium book and page number. Since the formal Mylar condominium plats will be more legible than a reduced image depiction in the official records point the end data user to the most legible rendition and depiction of that condominium. NAME attribute: NAME stores the subdivisions formal name. This data should be the literal name as depicted on the face of the subdivision document. UNIT attribute: UNIT stores the subdivision increment designation. This data should be the literal unit name as depicted on the face of the subdivision document. If it is simply designated “Unit A” or “Phase 1” then this attribute would only store “Unit A” or “Phase 1”.
